Mainely Noods - Portland

Stops from one day when any other vegan option has been closed (or so it seemed). this small rammenhaus is just the ding: fast, tasty, fill and affordable. super friendly staff. there is a vegan rug on the menu, but they can “build their own” rug bowl with all types of vegan options. my had vegan udon, mais, shishatakes, pickled gurke, napa kohl, tofu and vegan knödel. mmmm.

I get a delivery of mainely noods every week. Clearly labeled vegan options, easy to adjust, delicious. I like the Udon noodles with veggie bread, coconut curry or sesame sauce, plus tofu and a lot of vegetable toppings. the vegan kimchi is delicious. cute dumplings are pretty good, but a little fat. they bring the broth/ sauce into separate containers of noodles/toppings, so leftovers can store well if they want to order a second bowl to have the next day (I always have customer service was great, and they rarely make mistakes on my orders.

This is an evaluation in the time of coronavirus (aka for takeout a pickup order about tordash for asap estimated pickup time was 20-30 min, but I received a message that the order was faster than the (where the personal was friendly and pleasant and the order was all ready to go so that I in and out 30 seconds. everything was a m a z i n g and the portions were huge, there are enough food for at least 3-4 meals. I went with a rehearsal of objects, as this was my first time here and I love trying out new articles. super impressed by the quality, fresh and aromen! I tried the salat from seaweed, sesame noodles, veggie dumplings, kimchi jalapeños and a self-built bowl. for the bowl I went with the coconut curry base, Udon noodles, sorted vegetables and tofu. I was so excited to find that the broth was packed separately from the bowl, so it is easier for rest! (one preparation it was sooo good. this will be the perfect comfort for when the winter really starts!

I've been to mainely noods a few times, once in and once for the delivery. they get a much bigger part when eating, but regardless of it it is always delicious. I love to create my own bowl. the sides are great, especially the vegan veggie dumplings. the vegan curry broth is to die for! and always really friendly service!

These noodles were delicious, the servings were very big considering it was so affordable. There was rice noodle option for people who are gluten-free. With two Vegan base broths. The bok choy was not cut so it was a little hard to eat. The curry broth was delicious.
