this place was wonderful. very clean, beautiful interieur. the vegan items are clearly marked and can easily be seen on the menu. I ordered the vegan pho and could not believe my tastes. it was with sweet, renunciated, incredible tofu and the best broth I've ever tried. it comes in a huge bowl and comes also with a side plate of pean sprouts, basilikum, hot paprika and limette. they were super busy and a little bit understaffed, so we had to wait a long time for dinner. we arrived at a day off at 19 o'clock and sat immediately on a large 4-surface. the sautéed tofu bún was good, but not great. that could only be in comparison to my loving memories of pork bún. my non-vegan friends had good food! if they wanted to go back, I would like to go and try the vegan ph-appo!
