"This hotel was recommended to us and we followed a booking for two to dinner. it was just as good, because the dining room was fully booked! the barmaid who took our booking was really friendly and gave us a great table in a small corner shit away. she was also very good during the service when a few drunk and innocent men gave their march orders and said to leave the dining room. we were warned that dinner would take up to 45 minutes to arrive after the order, and that is how long it took. the delay was due to the number of patrons so that was perfectly understandable. it was not a problem for us, and we were happy to wait. our meals arrived and while they were typical, they were also considerable and we could not finish them. the dining room was clean and tidy and the staff was all friendly and efficient. we would like to eat here again."
