You should review your staffing policy. I came in for a quick lunch on a Saturday you had only about 4 tables and 2 waiters. You had Sara running to do everything, she was lovely and doing her best but then you had the other girl standing at the door flicking her long hair, looking out in the window and looking absolutely bored.
