Cepa Torta from Porto Menu

What SEBLondon UK doesn't like about Cepa Torta:
We had a great meal here with very good service (we were a table of 13) and very good food. We would not hesitate to return except for the fact that they allow people to smoke in the restaurant. We had 5 young children at our table and a very small baby yet they still thought it was acceptable to allow the table next to us to smoke all evening. It ruined what would otherwise have been a wonderful evening. read more.

Cepa Torta from Porto is a good option for a bar if you want to have a cocktail after work and hang out with friends, the restaurant serves however also menus typical for Europe. "I made a reservation by emailing the restaurant and it was answered immediately. we were greeted and telephoned. the headkeeper explained the concept and gave some recommendations to wein. the cocktail list was great. (I had the Oh computer) that was excellent. we ordered the tuna tartare and the rib and both were delicious and an salat we share. a nice next note was that they used their first names when they talked to them and made it personal. 4 whisper on the menu, all of which look good and we were told we could get 2 order and half portion that we did. we were in portugal for a week and were our best meal by far and highly recommended. pictures of the desert included."
