elemento had excellent eating, but it lost stars for its customer service. most employees were great, but our waiter was rude/unobtrusive. Moreover, the restaurant obviously does not have a “licens” to take food, so make sure to order accordingly or be willing to give to the half of its teller when they overorder. View all feedback.
