Part of the food court in Via Catarina, Tomatino is perfect for a quick, light meal. The campania option was vegetarian and quite good. For each entree, you can choose one of six different pastas. They’re made right in front of you and are efficiently done. I chose grated Parmesan cheese as an option when offered several choices. The staff was very friendly.
