When we checked into our hotel, the young man recommended Marquês as the best place to eat in Porto Covo. His pick was perfect after a day wandering up and down the coast inspecting the fantastic beaches. The Açorda was awesome and the octopus salad equally good. Service was excellent and even provided translation services with a sense of humour. Worth coming back! View all feedback.

Marquês is an institution in Porto Covo and maybe because of that sometimes things get lost on the way. No doubt the location is great and the food is generally consistent and good but when it comes to service there is a lot of improving to do! Pleasant spot, good food
We went for the "Caracóis" by the end of the afternoon and did spend a good time enjoying the good food and the typical local bread.
