"Although not easy to find, with a side access up some steps, it has a very attractive decor and a series of balconies looking out over the very center of Agrigento and the piazza below. There is plenty of space internally as well. Our local host recommended this restaurant and we went on our first night in Sicily. The service was exceptionally good. The food was very good indeed: traditional Sicilian dishes without any messing around but beautifully presented. There were no outstanding dishes; we tend to eat only at the finest restaurants we can find, so hitting that exceptional stand it is very hard for us. But all were very enjoyable and delicious. This is an excellent location for a romantic evening looking out over the city in the valley of the temples beyond."

Stefano, our waiter, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay ensuring that we would taste all the genuine array of food and wines/ liquors, and end our trip with happy stomachs. It is set in an ideal location to visit the Temples of Agrigento, Scala dei Turchi, Agrigento old town, and San Leone promenade. Impeccably clean place. We were also well pleased with all the precautions taken in light of the COVID-19 situation."
