What Luca Bernini doesn't like about Rio's Cafe:
They advertise Apulian panzerotti which are actually just fried dough without filling!! Furthermore, being able to find a time with the kitchen open is almost impossible!! August 15th before 1.40pm they kicked us out saying that the kitchen was closed.... Then there is the crisis Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
