What User doesn't like about Perola Do Norte:
Very unpleasant place and owner. This person does not care about customers. We paid the most expensive coffee... also in Funchal are nice places cheaper. I know well the prices I found it very expensive and I kindly asked our neighbors table the price they paid for... their coffee because they were unique locals and knew the owner! and my surprise... Tourists have a price and locals a further price and 0.40 € cheaper... View all feedback.
