What Alessia Mattiaccio doesn't like about Life:
This hotel is in front of the sea and it is magic! But absolutely lack of welcome and courtesy, both at the restaurant and at the SPA. When I arrived at lunch time I asked if it was possible to eat but I was absolutely not greeted with courtesy and hospitality and I was asked if I had booked.
