The bread basket. The contents weren't literally inedible....if I'd gone without food for 3 or more days it would have gone down the gullet, but in normally a nourished state, it was something else. The bread itself must have been sitting around for a couple days. The other item in the basket pulverized to dust when bitten. The salad.
