"This is a lovely cool contemporary space on the main street where you can get excellent coffee and dolce. Service is friendly and willing and they seem to work all hours. The worst aspect of this place is that choosing one cake or ice cream means that you haven't had another. Cakes- traditional with ricotta filling and similar and two whole cabinets of chilled desserts are there along with brioche, croissants, bread and every sort of gelato.. Didn't quite get the taste for ice cream filled brioche but that's about all. Regrettably just missed the liquorice ice cream as it turns over quickly but the eleven or more other choices made up for it."

"From the moment of its opening the ice cream shop don peppinu has become an institution and a point of reference for all those who are in marzamemi, giving great competition to all the other ice cream shops of the village. not having been able to try their products two years ago because of the very long line that characterizes almost always the entrance to the room we decided to try this year respecting the long line present also now. I can only say that any miles from don peppinu is absolutely repaid! the multitude of ice creams present is incredible, all goti made with raw materials of the Sicilian territory. and also the goto is no less! We've tried different, all exceptional! I confirm that don peppinu produces one of the best ice creams (if not the best) I've ever eaten. I can't wait to try again! I also emphasize the kindness of the staff and the cleaning of the bathrooms and the room in generalthe only flaw is that from the hours there are no more tables to sit, but you are forced to get the ice cream standing or sitting in the muretto in front."
