Their customers are family; they truly care about each and every person they serve. I have learned so much about Northern Indian cuisine from my wonderful friends at Shalimar. Every entree, side dish, ingredient, and all the amazing spices are explained so that you are eager to try new culinary treasures, and develop your very own favorites. Plan on spending time when you dine at Shalimar; it is a wonderfully relaxing experience with delicious lunch and dinner choices. Shalimar also has amazing desserts! "Went with friends to Hagan's Grill on Saturday. Haven't been in a couple years and it's changed for the better! They've expanded into space that was next door and it looks great. Our server was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The cocktails, apps and entrees were all excellent! We enjoyed being there so much that when we were finally ready to leave we realized we were the last people there! Our server told us that they will be turning the farthest dining room will soon also be a late night bourbon cigar bar! Definitely want to check that out."
