"I had to make an empty trip for delivery and could not be paid for because the food was not ready and they could not tell me how long the waiting period would be. They are not consideration for delivery drivers and it does not smell good there. So the food is garbage This is it"

"I definitely want to give them a big shoutout for catering my dinner with a few hours notice. They went all out with the menu and we had so much food leftover even after everyone got a to go bag! Everyone was raving how amazing the food was. Souper Pho is definitely hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hampton Roads. The food is delicious and as authentic as it can be. The owner has a lot of soul and you can tell how much he loves his restaurant and the customers."

"One of the few really high quality places in Norfolk that I wish was closer to back home in NYC. They take their craft seriously, and everything I've had here is delicious and well made. Their sandwich menu is great, and their burger is 100% one of the better burgers I've had. Juicy, thick patties with buttery, warm bun. Throw some of their hot sauce on there for sure (it's not too spicy at all). Don't sleep on their fries either the sauce and pieces of roasted garlic are to die for. Crisp but more tender and potatoey they keep some of the skin on there so you know they're real potatoes."

"The vibes the food and drinks were so next level and to top it all off jasmine is the best server! great customer service great timing on drinks spot on with her recommendations best things i had were the apples to oranges drink seafood pasta was bomb but very filling so you get your moneys worth. definitely going back gave dc atmosphere but in va i loved it"
