"This family owned cafe serves excellent coffee and delicious food in a friendly atmosphere. I had chicken breast with mash (or roast or chips) carrots, broccoli and gravy (or honey and mustard sauce). My husband opted for homemade mince beef and onion pie with the same vegetables and gravy. Both meals were hot and very tasty and I am sure we will go back soon, but they are closed Monday and Tuesday so we must remember that or we will be disappointed!"

"Lovely place. Really relaxed atmosphere. We sat indoors, but there is a really cool outside area out the back. Menu has lots of choice and prices were really good. The food was delicious and the service was great. Liked that we could take our own wine. Will definitely go back."

"Eating was really good, but the main purpose of this review is to talk about the service. I ordered a Mediterranean salad and wrote a note about how I had a hard day and how I would appreciate it if they could add something extra halloumi. I got the extra halloumi in the did, but I also got the sweetest note that wished me to feel better soon. there was no name under the notiz, but I have to say that my day really did more than that could ever eat: so thank you."

"Wonderful food the Green Masala sauce was exquisite and enormous portions. Polite and pleasant service. This restaurant does not serve alcohol, though you can bring your own without corkage charge. All in all a great place to eat. Our experience was marred by the arrival of a group of five very unpleasant and noisy drunks, but you can't blame the Taj for that."

"The food was lovely can’t have no doubt bout it and the staff where really friendly but there was homeless who came up to our table and eyeing up my food then walked out the restaurant when questioned by staff but I walked outside for a vape and the homeless man was talking a poo outside the restaurant when I went to tell the staff none did clean it up but I don’t blame for that but they need to do something bout this as this not ok and I don’t want to be seeing this"
