What User likes about The Fleet:
three of us tried the fleet to lunch and had a good meal. the 10oz gammon I had surprisingly shaken a lot fat, and with the ice and the fries, made a very nice lunch. Although the prices were similar to the weathering poons next door, it seemed a bit more up and was certainly less crowded and quieter. an excellent value that could enjoy lunch. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Fleet:
we had a meal before we had a concert in the guildhall. my wife had fish and chips, I had lasagne. neither eating was great, but we were hungry and it filled a gap. I liked the quality of food similar to supermarket own brand frozen dishes. the pub was very busy and although there was a quite long wait for the cash, the employees were efficient and friendly. The restaurant gladly provides children's chairs for babies and toddlers, and there's a counter where you can sit down and have. If the weather are right, you can also eat outside, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables.
