"This is a wonderful place for a stop-off, be it coffee and cake or a delicious lunch. I have been here a few times when teaching in Birr. On the last occasion I had delicious vegetable soup served with brown bread. I also enjoyed a lovely latte, as the coffee at Emmas is very nice indeed. On previous occasions I had a cajun chicken sandwich which again was top notch. I will be back !"

"Such a great find. The food was amazing, the staff were so lovely, we couldn’t recommend any more highly. The goats cheese samosas were a particular highlight and the staff made such an effort with our toddler to make his evening special. "We had booked in for Sunday lunch at last minute and were accommodated by the wonderful staff with ease. We were a group of 7 and were greeted by the staff like we were family. The food is amazingly fresh and the portions were perfect for keeping everyone's hunger pangs well at bay. Our waitress was very attentive and handled any of our queries like a pro. Would highly recommend anyone to go check this place out and sample their wonderful menu (and they pour a pretty damn fine pint of Guinness too! ."
