Ordered chicken sandwich and side salad today (2/16/24) from Cumberland MD Chick-fil-A. Tran seq 9392862. Service window did NOT include ranch dressing requested. That mistake not acceptable. I expect better from ChickfilA. This is comparable to the poor service one gets from McDonalds. View all feedback.
