Your customer service is really excellent. Very friendly staff. Once I ordered online and had withdrawn because of the work. They usually close at 10:00 a.m. at night and called me to let me know they're waiting for me. I was there at 10:30 and it was the owner who waited for me for 30 minutes. That goes beyond and beyond. "We called ahead to check on the availability of gluten free sauces and were given inaccurate information. I misunderstood how my order was being handled (my own fault) and instead of trying to help me figure out how to fix it, the employees rudely and repeatedly pointed out that they were not to blame. Food was fine, but the only gluten free sauces are plain gf soy, sesame oil, and gochujang. Not super impressed."
