"I ordered 2 pizza rolls for delivery to the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Canton (as we have literally hundreds of times over the years) and left the driver a $5.00 tip, which they require you to pay ahead of time when paying with a card (won?t make that mistake again). The driver calls us and asks us to come to the lobby to get the pizza rolls because they are not allowed to bring them up to the room. That?s not how delivery works. You bring them to the place where the customer is located. We are not located in the lobby. What?s the point of asking me what room number we?re in if you?re not even going to be bringing them to the room? And why not specify this before hand? If I have to get dressed and get my shoes on to go down to the lobby after paying an extra $5.00 for a driver tip then I might as well just continue on down the road and pick them up myself. It?s ridiculous and this situation needs to be addressed between management and their drivers. It?s not acceptable and it really sours what is otherwise a great establishment!"

"I went here with my dad and friend it took 20 minutes to even get our drinks. They sat us under an ac and so we were freezing the entirety of our experience. My dad went up after waiting for 45 minutes for our food to find out our order was not even put into the system. Would not recommend going here."

"Looks like this place was recently remodeled. They no longer have a drink machine or condiment table. You can still get a free refill but you have to ask. They 'll give you a completely new drink. If they forget condiments or you need more than what they gave you, again, you have to ask. They were busy when we went, so we had to wait for them to notice we were at the front again. The food was pretty good for McDonalds though, even though I swear the chicken sandwiches get smaller and smaller. I just don 't like the unavailability of self serve drinks and condiments."
