"Wow, probably the best greek meal I´ve eaten. The greek sallad and tzaziki was amazing. The meat was also great even tho I was full after the sallad. Lovely and cosy place, great service. We where 54 people and everyone was happy and pleased when we left."

"Very nice ambiente, friendly service, good eating but maybe something too ambitious and overplanted. Moreover, why there is only one bread for everyone, makes little sense just to bake more and like to calculate additional bread."

"Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe angemeldet im Goldesel. Leider war dann nach einem Brot pro Person der Bestand aufgegessen, was zum Einen für die frische und damit begrenzte Ware steht, zum Anderen für schlechte Vorbereitung, bei einer Reservierung für 10 Leute. Schade, denn die Brote sind lecker und auch das Bier im gekühlten Krug empfehlenswert! Knappe vier Sterne."

"This is a very nice gem in a residential street near Viktoria-Luise-Platz in Berlin, Schöneberg. A good friend took me there and I was happy we decided to go. The food is traditional German cuisine somewhat mixed together in a fresh approach combining dishes from...different regions of the country. Very German and rustic."
