This was a little gem. Very reasonable room rates. Great priced parking. Couldn't really hear the comings and goings of the trucks at the (very) nearby truck stop Great access to major roads and tube stations. WiFi coverage to our room was all but non existent. Mobile coverage wasn't bad for most networks View all feedback.

Me and my wife visited London and thought we would stay the night on the outskirts to make things easier heading home. We checked in late 11:30pm) the service was cold and the rooms were terrible. The bathroom was tight to get in which wasnt ideal for my pregnant wife, the kettle would spit out the boiling hot water and wouldn't switch off once it's reached boiling temperature. Hotel fine, but the restaurant is like something like faulty Towers. A customer is crying because the food it so bad. It's a reduced menu due to staffing issues...
