The atmosphere is good. A store founded by a Japanese person. But now Chinese people are working more. I wonder if it tastes good. However, it's a little expensive, so you won't be able to come here easily. The miso soup tasted like detergent and I had to change it. I was disappointed that there were so many excuses, but overall I think it's a good store. View all feedback.

We were also told prior to be seated it would be 1/2 wait for the Call Bobby girl. The larger parties were not told anything just seated right away.
Food has been going downhill for awhile. The male owner has a bad attitude when it comes to taking responsibility and an ego problem. Tried to make us pay for food we didn 't even eat because it was cooked bad in short. Long winded version with details below. My family and I have been here quite a few times over the years but not long ago had a terrible experience thanks to the male owner. We were the only 4 at the hibachi table at the time aside from a birthday party at the other table finishing up. This was not at the end of the night or anything not that that is an excuse. We ordered what we all usually get there and my wife and older son ordered the filet and shrimp hibachi combo which is also the most expensive mind you which is fine. We got our usual chef, we chat it up, says he 's from Georgia. He 's always pleasant and funny and a good cook usually. When they bring the meats out for the filets they always ask how we want it cooked he did this time and my son always gets his medium rare and my wife rare as they both clearly stated this time. No miscommunication there at all. When he was done cooking we could tell right away that the steak was overcooked, for both meals it was well done temperature. We said something to the chef right away but he looked confused and after trying repeatedly we had also asked him to get the manager. No one came out for some time until the woman owner came and asked us if we wanted boxes. We again had to repeat ourselves that both meals were inedible and wanted them to be remade because they were extremely overcooked and tough. After another confused look, then she came back with the male owner and the chef where we restated our issue again. He tried to argue that since we didn 't say anything to the chef it was too bad and we had to pay. We told him the chef was told and even asked for the manager. Owner looked at the chef and they spoke in another language, owner then said it was too bad they already cooked it that way and it was our fault if we didn 't want it but still had to pay for it. My wife and I both argued that if they won 't admit to cooking it wrong they should take it off of the bill we didn 't even eat it. The owner got visibly angry and started saying all sorts reasons why we were wrong and that his policy was in his head and he makes the company policy etc. Needless to say we left after that and about to pay the bill with his wife the female owner I can only assume because he came out yelling from the back more about how he was right and we shouldn 't come back if we didn 't like it and then he said something obscene at my family and I in another language I could tell, because as he said it the female owner at the desk was telling him to stop in a shhh don 't say that worried kinda way then she took some money off our bill apologizing. The male owner said more obscenities in another language and the female owner then took more off until we just paid for the 2 meals that were barely eaten. The male owner is obviously part of the problem in this place and only dragging their business down. The food was also very bland this time what was eaten anyway.
The place is a bit older, but the food and service were amazing. Look forward to returning soon.
Got seated. Left immediately! We told the hostess that we have two in party that have a gluten allergy. In the past we've been sat at the hibachi and just had the plates with the gluten allergy prepared in the kitchen. It's never been a problem in the past.First, we were sat next to a belligerent drunk that got all bent out of shape when the hostess asked him to move over one seat to make space for us.He was swearing at us in front of our 2 children. Then when ordering the cook started giving us a hard time about being at the hibachi when we had 2 in our party that needed food prepared in the kitchen. Keep in mind the place was NOT full and there was a full hibachi empty. But they wanted to move us to the general dining room when the whole reason we were there was to see the Hibachi!!We explained it's never been a problem before but the cook continued to make it a problem so we just left! The food when we've had it was always delicious. However I doubt we will come back after this experience.Seriously, if they don't want to accommodate their guests we will go somewhere that does.
My daughter wanted hibachi grill for her birthday so we went here and had a blast! The chef was very skilled, funny and attentive. He made our dining experience very enjoyable. The portions were a very good size. The busser was friendly with a great demeanor and so was the hostess. When we were finished, everyone wished my daughter a very happy birthday. We all left with a smile! There is plenty of free parking. Reservations are required for regular dining or the hibachi grill. You just need to specify which you prefer when you call. We will return for more dining in the future.
