I am not adverse to paying a premium price for a premium meal, but I don't believe thats what Stave and Stable is providing. The food was good but it wasn't great. Ribeye was tough and cooked unevenly. I paid $89 for a steak I could have gotten prepared better at a chain steakhouse. Disappointing. Sides and Apps were excellent.
