every morning I go for a coffee and glazed donuts holes 5:00 o'clock. the early morning crew is particularly courteous, friendly and customer concentrated. a special descent after abbie kukta. the whole layer is so beautiful. it is rare to have good customer service during these days, so please make sure to give these wonderful young ladies some recognition. I went here an evening with my friend to relax and drink a drink. now we went into order and the employee said we had to use the kiosk to order from. now, it turned into an abyss when the half of our order was wrongly prepared! I said to the hired, what if 10 people wait here? this place would have been really supported! instead of just taking one person our order as usual, it would have gone much smoother! Gotta admit, donuts were pretty damn good.Also had a iced caramel macchiato thing, that was pretty good to.Clean and friendly environment.
Always an extremely long wait just for one drink. It's definitely not an America RUNS on Dunkin kind of location. It's more like a slow crawl.
