"Had booked a short time and unfortunately experienced an unsightly surprise during the arrival.... The property was overbooked. But the hotel manager had already taken care of a replacement accommodation, accompanied us personally and was not made with excuses. We could even have chosen one of several hotels, but rely on the recommendation, and that was definitely top. Was absolutely no problem for us. We all make mistakes... importantly, how to redeem them. And that was absolutely professional, fast and easy. We thank you for that. Activities nearby: To make a monster ride... a mega pass. With the Schwebebahn on the Fichtelberg with the Monsterroller back down and as a conclusion with the steam train inconveniently back"
