I don't like focusing on the negative, but this was an awful experience. Not greeted upon ordering in dining room.... we were the only ones in the place and drive thru was empty... that should of been our sign...no hashbrowns available, no substitute offered...worst breakfast sandwich.. The food was good but I waited 20 minutes for it. I'm not exaggerating about the time. The excuses are the managers' responsibility. Issues like that are caused by poor management, that's the only explanation. View all feedback.
Good for a jack in the box; only seldom mistakes orders.Edit: no lobby at 3:30 pm. Could save customers time by marking as temp closed but chose not to. 3/28/24
Food was absolutely terrible, could barley eat my breakfast sandwich I ordered because the bread was so hard. Also staff was not very friendly.
