"Sluy’s Bakery in Poulsbo, WA is the right place to go if you are looking for a locally owned and operated bakery business throughout the Kitsap district. This place literally has a number of people outside (rain or shine) waiting to take some delicious sweet treats. There is nothing quite similar to these pastries and desserts. You can wager every penny of your purchase that her delightful treats cure your desire. The bakery itself has only a small handful of people who are allowed at a time (by COVID). The pastries are displayed on the outer window and inside to illuminate your heart with joy. They serve pastries from donuts to homemade concoctions that are not seen anywhere else. Parking can be a challenge. While you are lucky and find a street parking lot, you will have to walk about a block away from the public parking lot. Prices are very fair considering quality. The service and the staff really know how to cope with the increase in customers and the mosquitoes get in and out relatively quickly. If you are out and over downtown Poulsbo area and have a hankering for some sweet, this is the perfect place to go."
