I'm giving this Winchell's donut shop five stars not because they have my favorite donuts (Krispy Kreme), but because they have excellent bagels and sandwiches and very good donuts and they are open 24 hours a day! I've tried their tuna sandwich and turkey melt on toasted bagels and they were delicious, much better than Subway, Jersey Mikes, Schlotskies or other sandwich places in my opinion. I usually grab half dozen donuts $9.99) when I come here. Their prices have risen since 2021, but so every other donut has room in San Diego. They have a variety of donuts on rotation. I came over wild cherry frosted and vanilla topped with oreo crumbs donuts in March 2023. You also have holiday themes such as orange frosted donuts for Halloween. View all feedback.

Very nice bagels donuts. The best one is garlic bagel. Compared with all other stores i have tried, this is the best. Very good collection of donuts too.
