Two times in a row and perfect. The 1st time the pizza was late due to an address issue and when we received it, it was cold. However, it was amazing. Ordered out for delivery again because I can't drive and the wait was 120 minutes. Lol I thought no biggie. I'm patient especially these days. Soooo here comes the pizza man and he handed me a hot and glorious box of fantastic pizza. View all feedback.

"I used to eat Roots all the time when I lived in Charlottesville, VA so I was super excited to see that they opened a location in Columbus. The food was just as delicious as I remember, and I’m so happy that they chose to open a spot in C-bus. The food is fresh and the portion sizes are large. Highly recommend!"

"Been eating at this place for 3 weeks now and every time I get a dish it is absolutely delicious. The dish I normally get is called pineapple chicken which I would highly recommend but today I ended up getting lunch special for Mongolian beef. Very good but to many mushrooms. The location is only for take out only. The service is always the highlight of my visits as Grace is a wonderful person.I would highly recommend this place.Vegetarian options: Many delicious options.Kid-friendliness: Limited but have traditional American food (fries, chicken, etc... .Parking: Parking is in a strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get on the sidewalk easier.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of great options."
