the owner made my sushi very friendly without crispy tempura, as I am gluten-intolerant, and I thought that would be good, but I still had a slight gluten reaction. I have looked around a little, and it seems as if gluten could still be present in rice, sauces, gluten-covered cooking materials / fry oil, wasabi. if they have an ingredient list for us allergen-prone people, that would be wonderful! We ordered online for 4 people and arrived at the restaurant half an hour later only to find that our food wasn't ready. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes because they hadn't even started cooking it yet. The staff advised us not to use the online service and to order by phone instead.
