Had a lovely warm, winter lunch. Staff welcoming, relaxed and friendly - always a good start. Our meals came out promptly, served at the same time. My little man loved his crunchy fish and chips. The menu at this hotel bistro seemed good and the prices were reasonable; however after waiting two hours for our meals to turn up we asked for our money back and left without eating (arrived at 7 pm and left still hungry at 9 pm) .
