"Highly recommend this pub , visited tonight very welcoming , excellent service , very efficient, lovely menu and food was fab, we had the lamb , chicken and fish dishes and all were very tasty . The sharing Brie and the mushrooms as starters were also excellent . Wine was lovely too , great value for money . If your in the area definitely recommend you visit, you won’t be disappointed."

"The most welcoming and cheerful staff I have ever encountered at a restaurant! Nothing is too much trouble, and the food is outstanding. My 9 year old boy was treated as if part of their own family and was thoroughly delighted with his experience, as was I and another family member! The food arrived quickly, and was an absolute delight nicely warming and carefully spiced. Thank you so much Gulshan! "Really friendly, helpful staff, even if they are masked to serve. excellent service and, as already mentioned, covid compliant. fish, chips and mushy bases were perfect for our taste and we are pretty ugly with our chippies. the large part is as large as indicated. as they expect with a chippy of this kaliber, they are busy so that it is a good idea to preorder when they can. in any case a top chippy to visit one when we return in this opposite."

"Pub accommodation with a difference! Each room has a theme. We stayed in the blue room, lovely and quiet overlooking the churchyard. Nice and comfy, in a pretty village. Good beer, the evening meal we had was top class. Breakfast in the morning was lovely too. The management and staff were very helpful, friendly and supportive. Highly recommended. Rooms: 5"
