"Wieder mal eine familienfeier im landhaus genossen, im extrazimmer. essen, inkl. wild, gut, gekocht wird, wie man am land kocht, es muss schmecken, die linie spielt keine rolle, salate als beilagen geschmacklich sehr gut. auch weitere speisen (teig- und fleischspeisen) ausgezeichnet, portionen groß und mehr als ausreichend, hat allen geschmeckt, übriggebliebenes, da zuviel in alufolie eingepackt und nach hause mitgenommen.bedienung bemüht, wartezeit aufs essen diesmal nicht zu lang, suppen rasch nach bestellung am tisch, detto getränke und später kaffee.anregung an die küche: * die pommes waren sehr fett, richtig vollgesogen, da sollte man sich was einfallen lassen, die sollten definitiv knuspriger und nicht so mehlig sein.* die salate mit fleisch haben meiner meinung nach viel zu viel dressing; da wäre es empfehlenswert, auf wunsch, bzw. als angebot, den salat ohne dressing drauf zu servieren, und etwaiges dressing extra mitzuservieren. dann kann man sich soviel dressing als man haben möchte drauftun, und der salat und das fleisch gehen nicht im dressing unter. das bezieht sich nur auf die gemischten fleisch-und-salatspeisen. die salate als beilagen sind geschmacklich sehr gut. mein lieblingssalat, der erdäpfelsalat.wir kommen wieder."
