I came to poznań last month. in a guide I read about some dishes to try in the likelkopolska cuisine and czernina was one of them. it was a mixture of clear broth and duck blood with some noodles. it tasted very nice. the restaurant is located in the garden and has interior and exterior seats. So disappointing the beef roulade with potato dumplings was tasty but served lukewarm, almost cold. It came out quite quickly, making it obvious that it was pre made and languishing in the kitchen for quite a while waiting for someone to order it.
