I can't recommend this place any more. Food quality is fine, but the service is horrible. The Russian employee was outside, blocking the door while smoking a cigarette. (Can't she smoke somewhere else Not only that: When I asked if the bistro is open, she responded: No, certainly not. I was just hoping you wouldn't come here , and that wasn't even a joke!
