Allfresh - Praha

The salad at this restaurant is excellent: it consists of fresh ingredients, delicious sauces, and offers many options. While they already have a vegan salad on the menu, they are also willing to customize it to your liking. However, it is worth noting that they only use foam plastics for packaging, with each component of the meal stored separately in plastic bags with plastic cutlery. It would be great to see them offer reusable/washable containers to reduce waste. I may not return until they improve their plastic usage. Update: As of May 2019, it is now possible to enjoy your meal on a regular plate if dining in the restaurant. Good progress has been made since my previous visit.
