I went to a Japanese restaurant with friends yesterday and had a delicious salmon sashimi plate. The fish was fresh, and the portion size and price were both reasonable. I will definitely be returning. This restaurant has become my favorite Japanese spot in Melbourne! View all feedback.

Despite this order being a vegetarian meal the tofu had fish sauce and mayonnaise saturating the dish. It was inedible.
Good simple lunch -sushi was nice and fresh, they forget our Gyoza and we had to ask, but it was nice and saw to be made home when we finally got it
I stumbled a few days ago. The food is incredibly good for the price. I have the Yakiniku Bow, which contains a beef-peace with pasta salad, Tempoura carrot, sushi pieces, beans and mixed soup. The decor is humble and what one would expect for cheap food, but the food is totally worth it! Watch the floor tiles on a rainy day.
I ordered Beef wheels and 2 Suhi wheels. I found a worm in sushi and hair swimming in broth. When it was pointed to the owner, he released it and took out the hair. When I asked for a refund, it was rejected. Utterly Terrible.
Hako Sushi is a good place to have a quick and tasty lunch on the run. My salmon and crispy hand rolls were delicious. Very simple environment.
