I have positively reviewed the pizza, or rather the Roman pineapple, of this tavern. I took a takeaway pinsa, after about 20 minutes the pinsa was still warm. Flavor, fragrant, the ingredients are of quality, the crust is soft; the particularity is the dough formed by three flours that make it very digestible.
