The Rossini tuna pavement; a safe value and a great classic always excellent adapted to the marine flavors of tuna and superbly cooked. A selection of cheese in no way disturbing. And to finish a Paris Brest house with absolute lightness and wonderfully tasty, without superfluous sugar. Whisky Nikka at the aperitif and a chateau of Budos Graves rouge 2011 to accompany the meal. In a very beautiful restaurant room with stone walls and decorated with good taste.
