"If I could give them 10 stars I would! The food was awesome as always but my waitress was beyond awesome. She was there every time I needed something, she gave extra stuff, she went to management to get even more help, my goodness she was great! I wish I remembered her name and she was cute also. Pic is just my leftovers as I was so excited I forgot to get pic when I was served. I will be back!"

"Very friendly service. Largest selection of complex pizzas: 'Primo ' was excellent. No-hassle substitution of olives in place of mushrooms. Crust option for 'ancient grains ' was fantastic, with crispy thin crust of whole grain. Salad was also good. Seating outside on sidewalk was quiet; larger indoor was available, too."

"I came with my wife and mother in the law, both are not vegan. I had the vegan burger and it was delicious. all the others also loved their eating and they even had their seats that were beautiful. for a place that does not serve a lot of vegan food, they have a damn good vegan burger."

"This place is my favorite lunch spot in northern AZ. I am a traveling salesman, and I am always looking for quick, healthy, and delicious meals. This place has everything. First off, the service here is outstanding. I always sit at the bar and the wait staff is on top of it. I swear my drinks never even get half empty, they are on top of it!! Food also comes out very quick, no matter what I order. Now, the food: It's incredible. I might sound dramatic, but the chopped chicken salad is the best salad I've ever had. The dressing on it is to die for and the chicken marinade is packed with flavors. The ingredients are also very obviously fresh. I've only had the salad and the chicken club because their chicken is just incredible. The parking lot is a little weird if you don't know where you're going, but once you get in, it rocks. The lightning is a bit dark and cozy and I imagine it's an awesome setting for a dinner date or a casual night out. I'm always impressed by BIGA and I couldn't recommend it enough. I look forward to eating lunch here many more times in the future."
