5 stars for customer service and delicious açaí bowls. However, the cold brew is absolutely terrible. Not the first Jamba I've had it at, it's just plain terrible. I love black coffee but this stuff needs to go. View all feedback.
What Joseph Ugi doesn't like about Jamba Juice:
The manager, Hannah (if she really is one), has got to have the absolute WORST at handling issues that her employees cause. Being told at the drive thru speaker to pull up to the window, usually means they?re acknowledging you. Not me. I get told to pull up, I?m behind a car.
