"It was OK. Waitress mixed up our orders so I had to swap bacon for sausage with the guy across the table. Not a big deal. Small serving of hash browns. Eggs and sausage were fine. Coffee good."

"This was my first visit to this restaurant. The location is more or less in an industrial area of Prescott Valley. The exterior of the building showed signs of wear. The building needs some maintenance, i.e. paint, landscaping. When going into the restaurant, I noticed right away that the floor mat at the door was dirty. The restaurant was barely opening at 4 PM. We stood at the hostess stand, and there were a couple of employees there, but we were ignored at least they should have said hello and we will be with you in a few minutes, and smiled. Be happy that people are showing up. I also noticed a few employees come in in the last minute. We sat down and we ordered. The waitress was very friendly and now my opinion is slowly changing regarding eating here. I ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and my wife ordered salmon with pasta. The dinner menu comes with a really nice salad, and all you can eat bread and butter. The food was delicious. The service was great. The price was good. Thank you Kayla H. I highy recommend this restaurant. To the owners of the building, spend some money and get this place up to speed. I would have given you five stars had it looked better."

"First time here and feeling conflicted. The good...nice atmosphere and clean. The bad...Our server had one of those business smiles, so not overly as warm as you would hope. Took the order and another employee delivered the food. Never checked on us forrefills or issues. He spent most of the time filling condiments on the tables around us and could have taken a moment tofollow-up but didn't. Now the food. My wife ordered the Cheeseburger and really enjoyed her meal. I ordered the Philly Steaksandwich and was very disappointed. I really had an issue with what was advertised and what I received. Supposed to be 1/2 lb ofsteak but as you will see from the picture it obviously wasn't close to that. Although the roll was soft the meat was very dry.Not Death Valley dry but might have passed through the area recently. Onion rings were ok and my wife's fries were tasty. I'mconflicted because it seems more likely to be a fluke on my dish and I'd consider a return visit but definitely won't riskanother Philly here. Colt BBQ in town has perfected that and I'll go there for this sandwich going forward. I hope the staffmakes more of an effort on follow through with the service. I'll do another review if I return."
