"Chef francis was warm and welcoming, like agnes, the server. quirky decor, certainly worth the trip to the deepest French landscape. will always come back when we are in france. I'm suggesting. because they will definitely not be disappointed. 17 euro midweek for five curs meal and wine. the marnier dessert was exceptional. this restaurant needs its support to survive, please go soon. it's worth it all."

"In a village, on a Sunday, a restaurant with 3 admissions, 3 dishes and 3 desserts, fresh products: 2 hours of bitter taste! A delicious butter (small scallop with 3 nuts of garlic butter), an exceptional foie gras, a real steak served with roquefort sauce and crispy fries, a white Mont on a light meringue! We saw the other dishes on the nearby tables, they were all appetizing. The happiness of being served with discretion and smile, beautiful cut, plates adapted to the dish, unexpected and pleasant frame. Excellent wine! We send this address to our friends and we will return. Thanks to the Auberge de l'Écurie!"

"We have been to this restaurant three times since the summer of 2021. I have not had a better meal in our area. The food is fresh and imaginative and beautifully displayed but most of all it is delicious. Our friends went to a Michelin star restaurant the night after and said the food was better here. The owners are delightful, service relaxed. I can’t believe that this little gem is in our little town. Highly recommend!"

"We were very welcome. Prices are accurate. I was just disappointed by one of the two pizzas ordered. I had asked for a pizza based on cheese at the raclette, so I was made an Aosta but I didn’t feel or really saw the cheese at the raclette and found that there were too many onions. Otherwise, the calzone chausson was just top!"
