Cook House Pub Carvery

This restaurant offers a lovely and comfortable atmosphere with incredibly delicious hot chocolate! The wonderful staff here are a true asset to the company, as they are very knowledgeable and accommodating. They are the best in the business and work extremely hard to ensure a positive experience for guests. A big thank you to the lovely Jodie and her team for a wonderful visit!

We came to this restaurant after waiting for 4 hours for a train in Prestatyn because our children needed to use the restroom and we were very cold and hungry. The prices were fantastic at £39 for 1 adult and 3 children, including 4 drinks. The food was out of this world, it had been a long time since I had such a great meal. The building was very welcoming and clean, with a playground for children in the front. The lady with long blonde hair, who I assume was the manager or person in charge, was very nice and polite. The relationship between her and the staff seemed great, and all the workers were fantastic, welcoming and young.

We reserved a table for ten for a family dinner. We inquired if the restaurant allowed dogs as we had four with us. The manager confirmed it was okay, but we would need to wait for a table in the dog-friendly section. After some time, we were seated with drinks and placed our meal orders. The wait for our food was lengthy, but the quality was excellent and worth it. One small issue was the placement of the speakers in the room, which made the weekly live entertainment very loud. Thankfully, the staff adjusted the volume and we could enjoy our meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I would give it four stars, but would not hesitate to dine there again if in Prestatyn. Highly recommended.

Visit the opposite .came here for an evening meal .especially because they can take dogs here while they eat. which is a real bonus for us...while they need to book a table in the Doggy area.we had a big carvery every .and it was excellent worth for money...much meat much to share wires finn .uner dog .which he enjoyed very)...and a good choice of sweet too. our only critique was a label on which gravy is that would be helpful. would definitely recommend and come back, the next time we are in the opposite easy to supplement went the following night.

Great food, amazing choices. Really good drinks too (slushie cocktails!!!! We had a carvery which was amazing, Lee served us at the carvery bar and he was extremely pleasant and was asking about what we was up to for the day etc which was lovely! Great food and service. The guy who seated us and lady who took our order was amazing too, we will be back very soon!!
