Greatest Waffles ever!!!I've been to many ski resorts with Waffle Cabin locations and they always hit the spot while skiing. Just like everything the price has gone up, but still in range with everywhere else... even bigger more expensive resort destinations (worth it every time! . "We hosted a corporate retreat for 35 people at Scribner 's and were stunned by the helpfulness of everyone on staff, the beautiful settings (gorgeous scenery and lovely 'high-class rustic ' interior), the quality of the food and drinks, and thehelpful suggestions we received while planning our very particular event. We asked a lot of the Scribner 's team and theydelivered beautifully, staying flexible, available and communicative through the whole planning process and especially once wewere on site. Our group especially enjoyed having an activity in the beautiful garden, the no-cook appetizer and fermentationclass that Scribner 's organized, and the way the lodge facilitated both large group meetings as well as so many more privatesettings where our guests could have meetings or unwind in smaller groups. We struggled to organized transport for ourinternational guests but managed by working with several taxi companies in the area (also recommended by Scribners), so ifyou 're willing to put in a little effort on transport then Scribner 's will take care of literally everything else and yourentire group will love this venue! Thank you SO MUCH for your central role in making our retreat such a success, Kayleigh,Miranda, and the rest of the team!"

"Yes, this is an older authentic diner on the mountain top and it shows. However, the food will amaze you. We stopped in here twice on our recent trip to Tannersville and greatly enjoyed our meals. For dinner we had their triple decker ham and cheese club sandwich and the patty melt. The club was insanely fresh and well put together. Both were excellent but the patty melt took the cake! BEST beef patty we've had anywhere in a long time. The quality of the burger meat was excellent! We highly recommend! The cole slaw and fries were delicious. Their ice tea is delightful. On our second trip we had breakfast. We got two scrambled eggs with bacon, home fries, and toast. Fantastic breakfast!! You definitely need to stop in at Selena's if your visiting or driving through Tannersville."
