Since this resort re-opened, we have been regulars. The food is expertly prepared by a Red Seal Chef and his food is sooo good! We recommend the schnitzels but everything on the menu that we have tried is good. The on-site baking now has us both addicted to Chef Brian's Nanaimo Bars - unbelievable! I drove by here a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure how long the restaurant has been closed (apparently it's been open on and off over the years.) The last time I ate here was all the way back in 2001 with the grandparents. We used to eat here all the time when driving towards the Vancouver area.
