"Ordered off of Spyce ended up spending $39.47 for what 's in the picture. $5 tip and $3.99 delivery so $30.46 for just spaghetti) Minus a small slice of garlic bread I woofed down. -update received $3.92 back from Spyce as a Spyce credit for my missing iced tea. So $26.57 for the pictured spaghetti. I paid in advance for my spaghetti and an iced tea to be delivered to my hotel room. I got a pasta and slice of garlic toast nothing more. Gone are the days of receiving utensils with your delivery I guess that 's a special order thing now. My bad. Sauce Flavour was very good however the remainder of the pasta was very basic. There were two distinct cold spots in the pasta that I had to eat with my face because the two little stir sticks I found in my hotel didn 't hold up. I know I know *ugly mocking SpongeBob meme* well why didn 't you go ask the hotel front desk for utensils blah blah blah because Karen I ordered delivery after working all day for a reason. If I wanted to leave my room I would have picked food up myself. Meatballs were fairly usual restaurant meatballs- tasted alright. I 'd spend $13-$16 on this so will probably not order from here again unless I have a gift card or something."

"Went in for a dessert. The young server behind the counter was so rude we did not even order, first because of her slow service to those in front of us, then because she informed us several times that they were closing in 10 minutes,...then being very rude in her comments and demeanor that we finally walked out. Whoever owns this place needs to do some customer service training or firing, one of the two. Anyway, we won't be back."

"Excellent restaurant at this nice city , which we visited for the very first time. We started at Charleys Bar with a lovely bottle of Burrowing Owl Chardonnay and to move later on to Waterfront Restaurant, when Jennifer R rudely asked us to pay the bill and to grab by ourselves the bottle of wine with the bucket..... not impressed .....when at this type of hotel it must be continuity in the service and gentleness to customers...... anyhow we are so happy we did a great move because at the Waterfront restaurant we were happily and professionally received by NUCHY, who is so lovely and we then had a great time with delicious food and another half bottle of same wine. When the people has the full world in their head, it is much better to provide excellent service as we experienced with NUCHY, great suggestions, fast service, pleasant conversation and fantastic moments in a elegant ambience with great view to the open sea."

"I was craving pho but cannot eat msg and this restaurant made me a veggie based stock with no msg and took care not to cross contaminate. The pho was good. Pretty basic (I had beef meat) but was tasty. They also serve Canadian Chinese...besides the Vietnamese dishes."

"Ordered my first burger from here this morning. I ordered a Nigel burger with yam fries and I was not disappointed. The burger had a 4.5 ounce burger with bacon, cheese, an egg over easy, and a bunch of other fixings. Hands down the best burger I have had in BC since I moved here 9 years ago. For desert we had crepes with banana, strawberry and chocolate topped with whip cream. If your in Rupert and looking for an incredible burger I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s also worth a drive from Terrace or Kitimat if your looking to hit that cheat meal craving. I will be coming back everytime I’m In Rupert, I’d give it 6 stars if I could."

"I love this place. The pizza is sooo good. I tried the chicken (half Peperroni only incase! and loved it! Really beautiful aromas and good amount of vegetables there too. The star was the honey garlic wing. Maybe the best I ever had! Must also mention the staff who are very friendly!"
